Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering

Introduction

ECE Department was established in 1997 with B Tech intake capacity of 45.

Now the department is running B Tech ECE(120), M Tech ECE(54) & M Tech VLSI(18).

It also running PhD Programme in ECE(12).

The Department is well equipped with specialized laboratories which provide expertise & facility to work on emerging technologies. Emphasis had been given on embedded Design, Mobile Communication, Electromagnetic compatibility, electronic circuit & design & testing. PCB Design, VLSI design, cad & image processing etc. These labs are well equipped with latest, sophisticated software as required for pursuing M Tech & Phd programmers.
